REGULATIONS

Laguna Running ssd arl, in collaboration with Salomon SAS, organizes on Saturday, 21st February 2026, at the Arena Civica in Milan, a non-competitive road race called Salomon New Shapers Run – Milan 2026, over a distance of 10 km, sponsored by Amer Sports Italia S.p.A..

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

The run is non-competitive and the race is open to anyone who wishes to take part.

Participation is allowed for individuals aged 16 or over in 2026.

The course will be timed, but no rankings will be drawn up.

Each participant is free to complete the course at the pace they consider most appropriate according to their physical condition and level of preparation.

Participation is open to everyone provided they hold a medical certificate of good health issued by a general practitioner. The medical certificate does not need to be submitted; the act of registration constitutes a selfdeclaration of possession of such certificate and releases the Organizing Committee from any liability.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE

Online registration is available until 18 February 2026 at 11:59 p.m., or until the maximum number of 10,000 participants is reached.

ENTRY FEES

The entry fee includes: race bib, event T-shirt, race pack with partner gifts, final refreshment, finisher medal,

medical assistance, and insurance.

Entry fees are as follows:

• €40 until registration closes.

A €3 commission fee will be added to the above prices.

WHERE TO REGISTER

Registration will be available:

• Online on the website SALOMON NEW SHAPERS RUN - MILANO 2026 | followyourpassion.it until Wednesday, 18 February at 11:59 p.m., or until the limit of 10,000 participants is reached.
• In Salomon stores from 1 to 18 February.
• At the Salomon New Shapers Run – Milan 2026 Village located in Parco Sempione, on Thursday 19 and Friday 20 February, only if bibs are still available.

REGISTRATIONS WITHOUT PAYMENT OR WITH INCOMPLETE PERSONAL DATA WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. ONCE THE REGISTRATION HAS BEEN COMPLETED, THE ENTRY FEE IS NONREFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

• From 2nd to 18th February in Salomon stores – times and procedures to be announced
• Thursday 18th February – Piazza del Pulvinare, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and  from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• Friday 19 February – Piazza del Pulvinare, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and  from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

The time limit is 2 hours.

RANKINGS

As this is a non-competitive, free-pace race where each participant chooses their own speed, no rankings of any kind will be drawn up. The course will still be timed, and results will be published in alphabetical order on Endu.

AUTHORIZATION FOR MINOR ATHLETES

If a minor is registered, by accepting these regulations the parent or legal guardian declares, having legal capacity, that they authorize the minor to participate in the Salomon New Shapers Run and fully accept the liability waiver* related to participation. They also authorize any physician, emergency medical operator, hospital, or other healthcare facility to treat the above-mentioned minor and to act with the aim of attempting to cure or alleviate any injuries resulting from participation in the event, performing all procedures deemed medically advisable. Consent is also given to the administration of anesthesia if deemed appropriate during treatment. The parent or guardian acknowledges that there may be complications and unforeseen

consequences in any medical treatment and therefore assumes such risk on behalf of the minor. They acknowledge that no guarantees can be given regarding the outcome of medical treatments.

EVENT CANCELLATION

If the race is cancelled and/or postponed to another date, or not held due to force majeure and/or reasons not attributable to or dependent on the will of the Organization, including revocation of authorization by the competent public authorities, the registered participant shall have no claim against the Organizing Committee and/or Laguna Running ssdrl and MG Sport, neither for the refund of the registration fee nor for reimbursement of any expenses incurred or to be incurred. Submission of the registration application constitutes acceptance of this clause and an express waiver of any claim resulting from the cancellation and/or postponement of the race.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION

No refunds of the registration fee are provided. No fee will be refunded in case of cancellation not attributable to the organization.

ATHLETE RESPONSIBILITY

The registered participant is responsible for the ownership and safekeeping of their race bib, acquiring the right to use all services mentioned in these regulations and subsequently communicated.

a) Anyone participating without proper registration and without a bib, in addition to being held liable for damages to persons or property, including themselves, will incur sporting sanctions imposed by the competent federations and may also be subject to criminal penalties for the offense of “theft” (Art. 624 of the Italian Penal Code).

b) Anyone participating without proper registration using a counterfeit bib or one not assigned to them, in addition to the above liabilities, will incur sporting sanctions and may also be subject to criminal penalties for “theft” (Art. 624 of the Italian Penal Code) or, alternatively, for fraud (Art. 640 of the Italian Penal Code). In cases a) and b), participants may also be subject to penalties for “failure to comply with authority provisions” (Art. 650 of the Italian Penal Code). These violations may be ascertained exclusively through photographic and/or video documentation.

LIABILITY WAIVER

By registering for the Salomon New Shapers Run, the participant declares that they are aware of and agree to comply with the regulations. They acknowledge that participation in the Salomon New Shapers Run and/or sporting events in general is potentially risky. They declare that they register voluntarily and assume all risks arising from participation in the event, including falls, contact with vehicles, other participants, spectators or other objects, weather conditions including extreme heat, extreme cold and/or humidity, traffic, road conditions, and any other risk known and evaluated by them.

In consideration of the acceptance of the registration, on their own behalf and not on behalf of others, the participant releases and holds harmless the Organizing Committee of the Salomon New Shapers Run, SSDrl Laguna Running, MG Sport s.r.l., Salomon SAS, promoting bodies, the Municipality of Milan, the Metropolitan City of Milan, all event partners, and their respective representatives, successors, officers, directors, members, agents, and employees, from any present or future claims or liabilities of any kind, known or unknown, arising from participation in the event.

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), personal data provided by athletes during registration for the “Salomon New Shapers” event will be processed by MG Sport s.r.l. and SSD arl Laguna Running, as data controllers and managers of the registration platform, for purposes related to registration management, event execution, preparation of lists and results, historical archiving, and the sending of information necessary for participation.

Participants’ personal data will also be shared with Salomon SAS, involved in the organization and sponsorship of the event, which will process the data as an independent data controller for organizational and management purposes and, where the participant has given specific consent during registration, also for sending commercial and promotional communications regarding its products, services, and initiatives.

During registration, the athlete may freely choose whether to give consent to receive commercial communications, newsletters, and promotional materials from MG Sport s.r.l., SSD arl Laguna Running, and Salomon SAS. Consent is optional and refusal does not prevent participation in the event or affect registration management. Without consent, the athlete will receive only communications strictly necessary for the event.

The athlete may exercise their rights under Articles 12 et seq. of the GDPR at any time, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and withdrawal of consent, by contacting the data controllers at the addresses indicated in the official Privacy Policy of the event.

By registering for the event, the athlete authorizes the recording and use of their image during the event by any currently known or future means, without time or location limits, including for informational, promotional, or commercial purposes by MG Sport s.r.l., SSD arl Laguna Running, Salomon SAS, or third parties appointed by them. The athlete waives any financial claims related to the use of their image.

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to amend these regulations for organizational or safety reasons. Any updates will be communicated to registered athletes or published on the official website.

PRIVACY AND IMAGE RIGHTS

By registering for the Salomon New Shapers Run, the athlete expressly authorizes the recording of their image during participation in the event by television, film, photographic, or other means, and confirms this authorization by granting the broadest right, but not obligation, to record, reproduce, print, publish, project, broadcast, and otherwise use such images by any currently known or future means, without time or geographic limits, worldwide, and to transfer them to third parties also for promotional and/or advertising purposes.

The athlete declares that they have no claims against SSD arl Laguna Running, MG Sport s.r.l., Salomon SAS, or their assignees or successors, or against anyone who uses or exploits their image, considering any claim satisfied by the opportunity to participate in the sporting event.

FINAL NOTES

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to amend these regulations at any time for reasons deemed appropriate to improve the organization of the race. Any changes to services, locations, or schedules will be communicated to registered athletes or published on www.salomonnewshapersrun2026.it.
